WOW~ new blogger layout!!! simple and nice, i find.

wanted to blog, but was just lazy. ok, first of all my job. it is ok. metro staffs at woodland are friendly, they'll smile at u even if they dunno u or they knw u r just temp staffs. back to my duty, i am a PROJECT ASSISTANT --> sounds so glamorous... haha.. but really what we do is to just sit there, holding forms in our hands, ticking off female/male, C/M/I/O (i suppose u knw what these mean,it's race), 0-9/10-20/21-30/31-40/41-50/51 and above whenever one customer walks into the store. sounds simple isn't it? the tough part comes when a bunch of ppl of various ages, various ethinicities and various sexes (not that there are many sexes)walk in all at the same time and u simply do not have time to memorise so many things... well u can always depend on ur powerful memory, but what happens if more ppl walk in while u r lowering ur head writing away?? i dunno, i really dunno... but that is bound to happen on wkends. we actually have a partner, whose job is to click on the clickers (a gadget used for head counting, i'm sure u knw what it is, if not u can simply imagine it) to count the heads. Much simpler than my job...

our uniform is white tops and jeans, which is good for me since i have quite a few white tops. yesterday my sister put my running blue pants into the washing machine with my other clothing including those white tops! u could guess what happened--> white tops become blue tops... so i end up having to borrow some from CW (dunno if i can fit since they're guys' size) and Mika.

Good news!!! I've found another job to last me thru the hols!! Geraldine from Taka called yesterday (while i was working, lucky that i had my handphone on else i might just miss the opportunity) and asked me to start work on 27th May till August!!! I AM SO LUCKY!!!! and am happy as well.

so i guess i wouldn't be going home anytime soon... or maybe i will between 23rd May and 27th May.
