Self-made avocado drink
Wanted to try it out myself after reading the recipe on my friend's blog.
Bought an avocado for $1.80, bought a bucket of vanilla ice-cream for $7.
First of all, it was difficult to skin the avocado, it was even more difficult to remove the seed.
Put avocado and ice-cream into blender and blend. It was coarse! So had to sieve it and the drinkable portion is pathetically little. It didn't taste 'avocado-ey' enough, it left a thirst in my throat. It just didn't taste anything like the avocado that the Seah Im fruit stall sells, neither is it cheaper, or is it easy to make!!
Give up. I'll pay $2 and buy from Seah Im fruit stall.

Haha, u so cute ruby. I actually didnt skin the avocado, you can cut them into half, use a spoon to dig them out, much easier. And remember ripe avocado's skin appears in black colour instead of green. It's soft and tender when you slightly press it.
Btw, you can buy a very big size of avocado milkshake only at $2 from Alexandra Village.
